ITM SLS Baroda University also offers various scholarships based on marks achieved in class 12th for B.Tech, B.Arch, and M.Arch students. Students need to submit their 12th class mark sheets to apply for scholarships. Students receive the scholarship amount as per their academic performance:

• Students with 75% marks to 79.99% marks will receive 10,000 INR.
• Students who have scored 80% to 89.99% marks will get 20,000 INR.
• Students will receive a full waiver of tuition fee if they score 90% and above. 

ITM University offers fee relaxation of INR 25,000 per year to B.Arch and Diploma Architecture students scoring CPI of 6.0 from the 2nd year onwards. The students who will take admission in B.Tech 1st year, B.Tech D2D (all branches), B.Arch, M.Arch, and belonging to SC/ST category will benefit from free transportation till their course completion.

The ITM SLS Baroda University application process begins with completing an online entry form. Students are advised to evaluate their eligibility and selection criteria before completing the forms.

The ITMBU online application process has begun with UG and PG courses. Students wishing to apply for admission must go to the official website of the University to complete the application form and pay the application fee. The basic requirement for applying for any student degree course is that students must have 10 + 2 degrees with a mark of at least 50% in the relevant subjects.

Candidates must also appear on the JEE Main/ GUJCET Exam to apply for B.Tech. Welcome to B.Pharm. administered by the Joint Admission Committee for professional studies. Operating NATA schools are required to apply for B.Arch approval. In addition, candidates must receive 35% marks at the 10th level on any recognized board to apply for a diploma in Architecture.

To apply for any postgraduate course, candidates must have at least 50% official qualifications in the same subject they wish to apply for. Candidates must also have valid qualifications and positions at CMAT to apply for an MBA at the institution. Candidates will be selected on the basis of eligibility in the relevant graduation examination and post-graduation consultation on the advice of ACPC.

Step 1: Visit the Apply Online link in the acceptance menu on our website.

Step 2: Register yourself. Enter your details and select the application you want to access. You will receive a username and password on your mobile phone and email.

Step 3: Log in to the same portal now using your username and password.

Step 4: Update your profile and upload the required documents. (Even without completing this process a student can deposit money by clicking on the payment option. The admission phase will contact him/her later with a request to fill in the required details and upload documents.)

Step 5: Decide what you want to pay. Three options are available on the update profile page:

a) Pay the request fee - Rs. 1000 / -

b) Pay part of the tuition fee - Rs. 10000 / - *

c) Pay the full semester fee - Rs. (as applicable - will be displayed automatically, based on your preferences) *

- document authentication.

- In the case of b), additional conditions are subject to semester payments.

Step 6: Pay the bill. Click the exit radio button provided at the bottom of the page. It will take you to a payment portal. Fill in the required details and pay the fee. There are many payment options. A few of them charge extra portfolio money and some do not. If payment is made via UPI no additional payment is required.

Step 7: Temporary Admission - You will receive a letter confirming your temporary admission.

Step 8: Text authentication - You will be called to a designated location and text confirmation time by mail, phone and message.

Step 9: Verification - After confirmation of documents, you will receive a final login.
